How long will my jewelry take
to arrive?
It normally takes 24 to 72 hours to process
your order before it leaves our warehouse. Depending on your
shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days for domestic
orders, and up to 3 weeks for international orders.
Where will my
jewelry be shipped from?
All jewelry is shipped from our warehouses in Canada.
Do you offer faster
delivery than ground shipping?
Yes. If you need rush shipping please send an email with your shipping address,
the item(s) you are interested in and the time frame you need to receive them

What if my jewelry
is not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock, you'll get an immediate message during your
online order. In that case, we will let you know what the estimated waiting
time will be. As our jewelry is made-to-order, items out of stock can take
up to 4-6 weeks to arrive to our warehouse.

What is your return
policy?
We accept returns for 30 days with an RMA number. Please visit our page

Is
your jewelry guaranteed?
Yes. Your purchase is covered with a
30-day money-back quality guarantee. If you decide, for ANY
reason (or no reason at all) that your new jewelry isn't what
you want, return it to us in good condition, using the same
packaging as you received it, for a full refund of your purchase
price. (Return Shipping is not included, and is your responsibility).
Please contact us for a Return
Authorization number (RA#) BEFORE sending your return, so that
we can track your order and arrange your refund as easily as
possible.
What if my purchase
isn't what I expected?
You're protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Your jewelry is shipped out from our
warehouse within 1 business day of receiving your order. That
means, unless it's a weekend or holiday, it's on its way to
you the next business day after you receive your order confirmation.
From there, it depends on which courier delivery schedule you've
chosen during checkout.
We use FedEx to ship your purchase
to you. See their website for their various terms of service,
including locations, timetables and order tracking.
Will you ship
to me outside of Canada?
Yes. We use FedEx to ship your purchase to you. If they're available in your
area, you're covered. If not, please contact us and we'll arrange suitable
delivery to you.
Will you ship
to me outside of North America?
Yes. We use FedEx to ship your purchase to you. If they're available in your
area, you're covered. If not, please contact us and we'll arrange suitable
delivery to you. Shipments outside of North America are not eligible for free
shipping at this time (but we're working on it).
Where does your
jewelry come from?
Each Runway Jewel design is created from original designs by our in-house designer.
From there, they are manufactured to our specifications, using only genuine and
custom-made, cast components. You won't find any standard off-the-shelf stampings
with Runway Jewel jewelry.
Can I trust you...
are you a real company?
Yes. Runway Jewel is located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (just outside
Toronto). You can always contact us directly, if you'd like to discuss anything
about your order with a live person.

Can I see your
jewelry in person before I buy?
Not at the present time, sorry... Runway Jewel is not available in retail stores.
Fortunately, you're always protected by our No-Hassle 30-day Money-Back Guarantee,
if you decide to return it for any reason.
I'm afraid of
ordering online... is it safe?
Yes. We use the same quality of online security mechanisms as the banks, with
encrypted, secure ordering and credit card transactions. Your financial info
goes directly to the credit card merchant, and is not stored by Runway Jewel
in any form. And with our online ordering system, you'll receive an order confirmation
as soon as your transaction is completed, so you'll know the status of your
order at all times.
It's been a week, and my order still
hasn't arrived. What's wrong?
Probably nothing at all. If you've received
a confirmation from us that your order has shipped, you can
be assured that it's on the way to you by courier. You can
track it through FedEx's website, and they can usually tell
you if it's near your location, held up in customs, etc. Most
ground shipments arrive within 1-2 weeks from your order date;
if you selected optional RUSH delivery service with your order,
that time is shortened even more. If you like, let us know
your order number and we'll verify that it's left our door
How often do you come out with new
styles?
Constantly! You can count on seeing new
pieces added to the Runway Jewel collection every season. As
well, we'll often create special pieces just for special occasions
like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.
My first choice is Sold Out... now
what?
Occasionally, an item you want to order
will come up with a "Sold Out" message on its picture.
Or you may receive a Sold Out message as you complete your
online order. Generally, those items are already back in production,
and will be available online again within a few weeks.
But if you simply
MUST have your jewelry right away, here are some options for
you:
a) Select something
else you like from our online catalogue, and place your order
normally. There's quite an assortment to choose from!
b) Place your order for the out-of-stock
item anyway, including your payment. We'll let you know by
return email when to expect shipment (usually within 3-4 weeks).
And, we'll include a special gift for you if you decide to
go this route.
c) Let us know which out-of-stock
item you'd like, by sending an email to
