Return Policy
If you're dissatisfied with your
purchase for any reason - or for no reason at all - we don't
want you to keep it. Returns are gladly accepted
for 30 days.
Returns
If you want to return your jewelry,
contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA). Returns received without
an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
Jewelry must be returned to us in the
same condition as when it was shipped. No credit will be given
for damaged returns. Damages include water marks, bent or broken
chains or settings, broken clasps, and chipped or missing stones.
Our customer is responsible
for return shipping and will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

below. You will be issued an RMA and instructions on how to send
your jewelry back to us.

Runway Jewel stands behind every piece we create with a Lifetime Warranty.
If you find a defect that's escaped our notice, or if a stone comes loose
from its setting, let us know. We'll repair or replace it promptly at no
charge.
A note about colors
Even with the brilliant depth of color of Swarovsky crystal, and a professional
photographer's attention to detail, we find that online pictures can't quite
show you the warmth and shine of your favorite jewelry. It's like they're
on a dimmer switch, turned down to half their brightness! And due to the
variations in computer monitors, colors of the actual jewelry may vary from
the pictures shown.
Rest assured that, if your order
arrives and it doesn't have the sparkle, the rich brilliant color,
or it's just not what you expected, you can always return it
for an instant, hassle-free refund.
